About Founder Bill Miranda
Bill Miranda is a leadership trainer, coach, and otivational speaker with decades of experience
helping individuals enhance their leadership skills. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Bill holds graduate qualifications in leadership and organizational management. His professional career includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Xerox, and Data General, where he played a
pivotal role in the early stages of the computer technological revolution.
Bill later founded one of the top barcode data collection companies in Mexico, which he successfully sold before entering the consulting industry.
His clients included major corporations throughout the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and China. Wanting to focus more locally, Bill became a consultant for small
businesses through the Small Business Development Center and went on to establish the Santa
Clarita Latino Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, Bill served as Mayor of Santa Clarita and continues to serve as a dedicated City Councilman.
About Founder Julio del Rio
In addition to his corporate experience, Julio is an active supporter and participant in multiple non- profits across Santa Clarita Valley, contributing to the betterment of the community. He firmly believes that education and information are the cornerstones for creating a better future. Featured in the book “Profiles of Latino Courage” for his entrepreneurial achievements, Julio is also an avid swimmer who enjoys the natural beauty of Santa Clarita. His leadership and commitment to the community are vital to our magazine’s vision.
