If you are a woman over thirty perform a BSE (breast self-examination) at home regularly. It can save your life. If you are a man over fifty, have your prostate checked every few years.
Lastly, rest and relaxation cure a lot of things. By rest, we mean getting lots of sleep. By relaxation, we mean engaging in stress-free activities. Sometimes those are difficult things to do, but we must take special care to do them.
